Sclerotherapy and Micro-Sclerotherapy - Thread vein removal for legs

Member of the British Association of Scleroptherapists.

Millions of people are affected by those unsightly clusters of red, blue or purple veins, that most commonly appear on the thighs, calves and ankles.

Sclerotherapy is a rather simple procedure. The veins are injected with a sclerosing solution, this solution irritates the lining of the vessels, causing the veins to collapse and stick together, gradually the unsightly veins will fade from view.

The amount of injections depends on the amount of veins and areas that need treating.

The procedure may also resolve the symptoms of itching, burning, swelling and night cramps associated to thread veins.

Prior to any treatment a full venous assessment will be carried out, to ensure you receive the correct treatment,
